Tim is the CEO of HD Growth Partners and White Glove Payroll,  which was one of the founding firms that joined Ascend, the private equity-backed growth partner for entrepreneurial CPAs across America.

Tim joined HD in 2008 when it was a team of four professionals providing tax and bookkeeping services for small businesses. Tim took over the firm at 25 years old and began its transformation into a progressive advisory and coaching-focused firm.  Prior to joining Ascend in January of 2024 the firm had 70 employees, including a full-service Payroll and HR Consulting company (White Glove Payroll).

During Tim’s leadership, the firm has been recognized as the #1 Firm in the Country for Women by Accounting Today in 2021 and  Karbon’s Breakthrough Firm of the Year in 2024.
