Megan Ricketts, CPA

PRODUCT MANAGER, Botkeeper

Megan Ricketts is a Product Manager at Botkeeper, working closely with other members of the product and engineering teams to research and deliver valuable product features and enhancements.

Before Botkeeper, Megan worked at the CPA firm Gray, Gray & Gray, LLP as an accountant in their restaurant and franchise department. Megan prepared monthly financials and tax returns, working directly with clients to meet their business needs. It was there that she became passionate about the technology and software that accountants, bookkeepers, and CPAs use in their course of work. She experienced first-hand the power of having the right technology solutions in CPA firms, and its benefits to both the firm and clients.

Following her work at Gray, Gray & Gray, LLP, Megan went on to work for Ceterus, a tech-focused bookkeeping and tax solution for small business owners. Megan spent five years at Ceterus working in their onboarding and new markets departments. Megan’s work focused on making the onboarding process as painless and seamless as possible by creating accounting processes that were both accurate and efficient. She worked directly with small business owners and the corporate stakeholders of franchise brands to meet their business and financial reporting needs. Megan spent her last few years at Ceterus managing a team of onboarding accountants and reviewing financials before joining Botkeeper in 2021.
