Lee Walker

MS, SHRM-CP / Daily Driver Consulting

Lee Walker grew up in Maryland, attending Salisbury University to study Psychology and business before moving to the Netherlands for two years to complete his master's degree in I/O or Business Psychology. While in the Netherlands, he quickly became president of the board sports organization and delved into Dutch culture, while as exploring the cultures of nearby countries.

Combining his loves for travel, culture, and business, he is passionate about innovating the future workforce through talent strategy, change management, coaching, learning, inclusion, and leadership development.

His career journey began as an operations professional in the financial services industry, where he developed a strong foundation and a history of excellence in managing complex projects and driving operational efficiency. This experience laid the groundwork for his subsequent focus on enhancing organizational performance through strategic planning and execution.

After COVID brought him back to the U.S., he started working as a small business consultant, providing fractional CFO services, financial consulting, and people operations support, empowering businesses to reach their full potential. Specifically, he built a people advising service and created a stronger foundation for the internal people operations at his firm over more than three years. Working remotely allowed him to move to Colorado, where he was able to exercise his passions for hiking, snowboarding, entrepreneurship, and traveling to the western part of the U.S.
