How do I enable AutoPush or ManualPush?

Depending on your service package, you might need to enable AutoPush or ManualPush yourself.

For Infinite clients, the Partner Admin user role can enable AutoPush or ManualPush. For Inifinite+ clients, while the Botkeeper Team will enable AutoPush, a Partner Admin role may also enable the setting.

For Infinite clients: (Note that only the Partner Admin role can enable AutoPush or ManualPush)

  1. Go to the Configurations tab in Transaction Manager.
  2. Click the Edit button in the upper-right corner of Automation Settings:
  3. Toggle the AutoPush setting to the on position as shown here (or ManualPush if so desired):
  4. Click Save.

For Infinite clients, a task will be generated to enable AutoPush for the Client Point of Contact when a Smart Connect connection is set up.

For Infinite+ clients, Botkeeper will enable AutoPush for you, however, a Partner Admin role may also enable the setting.
