      What transaction types are supported in Transaction Manager?

      Botkeeper supports all transaction types across QBO and Xero, though only certain ones are editable.

      QBO: Supported Transactions

      • Expenses (can view and edit)
      • Expenditures (can view and edit)
      • Checks (can view and edit)
      • Transfers (can view and edit)
      • Deposits (can view and edit)
      • Credit Card Credits (can view and edit)
      • Credit Card Payments (can view and edit)
      • Bills (can view and edit)
      • Bill Payments (view only)
        • Note: Bill Payments get their categorization from the bill
                        • Invoices (view only)
                        • Invoice Payments (view only)
                            • Note: Invoice Payments get their categorization from the invoice
                          • Sales Receipts (view only)
                          • Vendor Credits (view only)
                          • Purchase Orders (view only)
                          • Journal Entry (view only)
                          • Credit Card Payments (view only)
                          • Sales Tax Payments (view only)
                          • QBO Payroll Types (Payroll Check, Tax Payment) (view only)

                          ⚠️ NOTE!! With the addition of credit card payments, sales tax payments, payroll check, and tax payment transaction types in QBO, you no longer need to use ManualPush. However, if you use certain third-party apps such as Expensify, these might cause a delay in transactions arriving in your GL, potentially causing matching not to work as intended. If you use such an app, we recommend you continue to use ManualPush to avoid issues.
