Botkeeper's Advanced Payroll Categorization includes check matching, categorization of payroll check splits ensuring accrual-based date alignment on after-the-fact transaction recording, and more.
Advanced payroll journal entries will be recorded either from referencing payroll reports uploaded by the partner or client via the portal; or from read-only access to pull payroll reports granted to us. This service will also include:
- Categorization of payroll check splits ensuring accrual based date alignment on after-the-fact transaction recording
- Entry of the respective reference number and memo line description details; where applicable
- Once the categorizations are finished, we will ensure they are matched accurately
