What is Close Tracker?

Close tracker allows you to easily see the close status across all clients, or for a single client.

Close tracker allows Partner Admin and Partner Opps roles to easily see the close status across all clients, or for a single client. There are two different views for Close Tracker:

  1. Global View: When no client has been selected in the portal, you are in Global View. In this view, Close Tracker appears as an option on the left navigation. Selecting it will display the closing status for all clients:
  2. Client View: Once you've chosen a client using the Navigate by Client at the top of the left navigation, Close Tracker no longer appears on the left navigation. Instead, you will find it as a tab within the Bot Review module:

In both views, Close Tracker functions identically. You can search statuses by Name, Assignee, Status, Month, Point of Contact, or Closed Date using the search/filter bar at the top of the Close Tracker screen.

Only Partner Admin and Partner Ops roles can view or edit Assignee, Status, Close Date, and Notes fields.
