What is required to ensure Botkeeper performs a timely close?
Required Information - First & Ongoing Month End
To ensure a timely ongoing close the following will be required of all entities
*Note, a potential closing delay up to 1 business day for each business day the required information is overdue.

General Ledger (GL) - we have been provided access

QBO - We have been added as a team member to your Firm’s existing QBOA*

- Xero - We have been added as an Advisor with manager user rights in each client’s GL
- Bank & Credit Card accounts are set up in one of the following ways

- Smart Connect (Autopush) for all eligible accounts (or general ledger bank feed (Non-Autopush) for Smart Connect ineligible accounts); or
- If account(s) cannot be connected to Smart Connect or general ledger bank feed, transactions provided in an uploaded format**
- Smart Connect (Autopush) for all eligible accounts (or general ledger bank feed (Non-Autopush) for Smart Connect ineligible accounts); or
- We have been provided access to bank & credit card statements via one of the following***:

- Smart Connect tool within the portal
- Manual upload to the portal
- Access to statement fetching service (Hubdoc, QBO) granted
- Provide us with their own (non-shared), read-only credentials****
- We have been provided access to all 3rd party applications required for us to complete the service offerings outlined in the Scope of Service via Password Manager
- All tasks assigned to the firm or client in the portal are completed and nothing is outstanding
- Partner is responsible for completing all work impacting the month-end financial reports prior to the respective information cut-off date
