[LIVE] September 25 Update

Botkeeper keeps getting better. Here are the updates we're releasing as of September 25th, 2024.

Client & User Management

  • Streamlined experience for the “Add Client” workflow
    When a new client is being added to the platform, Partner Admins can connect their client’s general ledger, financial accounts, request financial account connections, enable automation, and customize the automation settings directly in the Add Client workflow. Learn more.
  • Filters & Search Updates on Clients Tab
    On the Clients tab, users can now filter for Client Point of Contact, Bank Statement Point of Contact, Status, and Accounting Software. Additionally, users can search by email address and package name.

Transaction Manager

  • Sorting in Transaction Manager Main Table
    On the main table in Transaction Manager, users may now sort the following columns in ascending or descending order: Date, Source, Type, Payee, Description, Amount, Category, Customer/Project (QBO only), and Class.

Close Tracker

  • Close Tracker Point of Contact Enhancements
    Users can now filter Close Tracker by Client Point of Contact. Additionally, The Client Point of Contact’s email address will now display in the Clients column, under the client name.

Auto Bank Rec

  • Automatic Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation (Infinite partner only early access
    Reconciliations between the GL and statement, or GL and Bank Feed via Smart Connect (when a statement is not available) are now automated. Learn more.

Customer Support Portal

  • Customer Support ticket visibility
    Firm users are now able to see all support tickets submitted to Botkeeper across their firm. Learn more.
