[LIVE] October 29 Update

Botkeeper keeps getting better. Here are the updates we're releasing as of October 29th, 2024.

Work

  • Options added for Project recurrence

    User options for creating a recurring project have been expanded from Monthly to include Daily, Weekly, or Yearly. Users may also select intervals to customize recurrence—for example: every 3 weeks or every 5 days. Learn More

  • Ability to edit Project recurrence
    Users may now choose to change their project recurrence from within the “Edit Project Details” selection. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly options are available.

Transaction Manager

  • Email notification lets users know when models are created/trained
    Once a model has been built in Transaction Manager, enabling automation, the Partner Admin who connected the GL, the Client POC, and the Transaction Manager Default Assignee will all receive an email notification.

  • Email notification lets users know when first AutoPush transactions are ready for review
    Once the first AutoPush/ManualPush transactions are ready for review, the Partner Admin who connected the GL, the Client POC, and the Transaction Manager Default Assignee will all receive an email notification.

Close Tracker

  • Output close records from Close Tracker to .CSV
    Close Tracker now features an “Export to CSV” button, allowing users to export all columns from the table and notes to a CSV file.

Client & User Management

  • Invite new users from the “Add Client” workflow
    Invite new users directly in the “Add Client” workflow without interrupting your progress!

General

  • Changes to left navigation
    To clarify left navigation function regardless of whether or not a user has selected a client, all modules will now be viewable on the left navigation. Modules requiring the selection of a client to become active will be disabled. Rolling over a disabled module in the nav will prompt a reminder that the user must select a client to enable that module.
