[LIVE] June 25 Update
Botkeeper keeps getting better. Here are the updates we're releasing as of June 25, 2024.
Activity Hub
- Document Uploads Appear in Activity Hub
Activity Hub now logs document uploads. Users may filter Activity Hub for document uploads, as well as search uploaded documents by who uploaded them.
Transaction Manager
- Updates to Transaction Manager’s Configurations Tab
To simplify the experience, users may now simply select which they want as their pushing method: AutoPush or ManualPush. Additionally, two settings have been renamed for better clarity: “Smart Connect/GL Account Linking” is renamed to “Automation Settings;” and “AutoPush Settings” is renamed to “Additional Automation Settings.” Learn More.
Close Tracker
- Close Tracker “Closed Date” Filter Added
Users can now filter Close Tracker results by closed date. Learn More.
Portal Manager
- Portal Manager Adds “Client Added Date”
Portal Manager now tracks the date a client was added to the platform. Learn More.
In-App Chat
- To improve user experience when questions arise, the Resource Center link represented by the question mark in a green circle at the bottom right of the platform pages has been replaced with a chat feature. Users can simply ask their question and have answers automatically surfaced for them. Learn More.
