[LIVE] July 30 Update

Botkeeper keeps getting better. Here are the updates we're releasing as of July 30, 2024.

Documents 

  • Immediately and permanently delete a file or folder
    Partner users working on an Infinite package client now have the option to delete files or folders immediately and permanently, by selecting Permanently Delete a Folder or File. Learn more.
  • Moving files
    Users may now move files individually or in bulk among an entity’s folders. Learn more.

Work

  • Projects: Edit upcoming tasks
    On the Projects tab of the Work module, upcoming tasks can now be edited. Learn more.
  • Live editing project details
    Partner users may edit project details even after the project has been launched. Changes will apply to all future instances of the project. Learn more.

Transaction Manager

  • Transaction Manager navigation and visibility improvements
    To ease the reviewing of transactions in Transaction Manager, the interface now features wider columns, horizontal scrolling, and text that wraps (runs to multiple lines) when the content exceeds the column width.
  • Searching by description in the “Find A Match” modal
    To improve the efficiency and accuracy of finding a match, users may now search for items in the description field within the “Find A Match” modal. Learn more.

  • Ability to see payee in main table for split transactions
    The Payee field will no longer indicate when a transaction is split. This will now only be indicated in the Category field, allowing the user to see the Payee.

Portal Manager (now User & Client Management)

  • Portal Manager renamed to "User & Client Management"
    Portal Manager has been renamed to User & Client Management. This will be reflected in the left-hand navigation, where it will now be featured as the first item.

General - Navigation

  • "Add Client" button added to top navigation
    To simplify adding a client to the platform, you can now jump directly to the right place by clicking the "Add Client" button available in the top navigation across the platform.
  • Quick access to create a ticket or access the knowledge base
    A question mark icon has been added to the top navigation, providing access to file a ticket or visit the knowledge base. Users will see this icon in the top nav across the entire platform.
  • Additions to the gear icon
    The gear icon in the top right navigation now includes two new additions:

    • Portal Settings

      Navigates users to the Details tab of the User & Client Management (formerly Portal Manager) module.

    • User Permissions

      Navigates users to the Users tab of the User & Client Management (formerly Portal Manager) module.
