Client Self-Service role
A new role type has been added, allowing firms to provide expanded access to the Botkeeper platform to their clients. The Client Self Service role cannot add new clients or terminate clients, however, they will be able to see all transactions regardless of assignee. The following modules will be available to Client Self Service users in addition to those currently available: Activity Hub; Transaction Manager (configurations tab); Transaction Insights; Bot Review; Auto Bank Rec; and JE Automation. Ability added to update the folder an upload document task request uses
Partner user-created tasks requesting a document upload can now be updated by Partner users to change the folder the document will upload to. If the task is recurring, the Partner user can opt to change the target folder for the current instance of the task; all open, upcoming, and future tasks; or the selected task and all tasks after the project start date of the selected task. - Edit Task Watcher on upcoming tasks within projects
Users may now add, edit, or delete task watchers on upcoming (not yet in progress) tasks from the projects table. - Project Watchers added
Partner users may now add, edit, and save watchers to projects they have created. Watchers are notified when projects they’re watching are complete. Learn more.
Transaction Manager & Auto Bank Rec
- Support for credit card payments, QBO payroll transactions, and sales tax payments for duplicate matching
New transactions types have been added, allowing users to find and match them in Transaction Manager and Auto Bank Rec. These include credit card payments; sales tax payments; and QBO payroll types (payroll check, tax payment). With this addition, users no longer need to use ManualPush for these accounts or exclude them. Learn more.
