I am not receiving my two-factor authentication (2FA) verification code to my phone or authenticator app, how do I get help logging in to the portal?
We suggest you try a few different things:

Check your spam folder

Ensure you waited at least 5 minutes

Attempt the “forgot password” option

Select the “Resend” option on the screen where you’re asked for your verification code.

If you are still unable to receive the code, contact your portal administrator for assistance in resetting your two-factor authentication.
