How do I upgrade my subscription to add licenses?
If you ever need to update your subscription, this is the article for you!
To add licenses to your subscription you can either reach out to your Account Executive directly or connect with our Customer Success team by submitting a help ticket.
If you choose to submit a help ticket, please complete the ticket as follows:
- Enter your:
- First name
- Last name
- Mobile phone number (optional)
- Select the Billing & Contract option in the What category best describes your inquiry? field.
- Select the Upgrade Plan option in the Billing Inquiry Type field.
- In the Ticket Description field, enter the details of how you would like to upgrade your plan.
- For example, I would like to add 10 licenses to my subscription starting on month, day, year.
Note: any upgrades to your subscription will be prorated and co-termed into your subscription.
