How do I provide Botkeeper access to my Xero client?
Steps differ between Xero and Xero HQ.
Xero
- Log into Xero
- Click on the Organization Name from the left navigation pane
- Click on Settings
- Click on Users
- Click on Invite A User
- Enter the new user's info:
- First name: Client Name
- Last name: AI Access
- Email address (Partner): access@firm.ai
- Note: The email address you send the invite to will be the user's login email address
- Click on Send Invite
- Navigate to the User profile
- Click on the Advisor access
- Check the Manage Users tickbox
- Click the Update Permissions button
Xero HQ
- Click on Staff
- Click on Invite staff button
- Enter the new user’s info:
- First Name: Firm AI
- Last Name: Access
- Email address: access@firm.ai
- Click on the Next button
- Choose the HQ Standard option
- Click on the Invite to Xero HQ button
If 2FA Verification is required for your 3rd party application please adhere to the following:
- Setup with either the following:
- Email address: verify@firm.ai
- Phone number (716) 226-0335
- Not all applications require an email address, there are times that it only asks for a number to send the code via sms or call
