How do I provide Botkeeper access to my QBO client?
Providing us access to your QBO client takes just eight steps.
To grant Botkeeper access to a client take the following steps:
- As an Admin user, log into your QBOA account.
- Navigate to the Team module.
- Look up the user named AI Access
- If you do have an AI Access user continue to step 4.
- If you do not have an AI Access user in your QBOA account follow the steps in this article to create the AI Access user.
- Click the Edit button.
- Scroll down to the Access to clients section.
- Find or Search for the client you want to grant access to.
- Put a checkmark in the checkbox to grant this user access.
- Click the Save Changes button in the lower right corner of the window (you may need to scroll down to see this button).
