How do I match a transaction?
To match a transaction in Transaction Manager, you'l need to take these steps.
To match a transaction in Transaction Manager, take the following steps:- Navigate to the client you would like to match the transactions for
- Open the Transaction Manager module
- Navigate to the transaction you would like to match - you can use the filters to help in your search
- In the Action column click the for icon which represents the transaction has been detected for one or more potential matches; if you do not see this icon the transaction does not have any potential matches to be matched to
- Click the Find a Match button to see the list of potential matches
- A popup window will appear
- Use the filters to aid in delimiting your potential matches
- Once you have identified your match(es), put a check mark in the tick box for the matched transaction(s)
- Click the Match button in the lower right corner of the window; you may need to scroll down to see this button
