How do I grant Botkeeper access to my Infinite client?

Granting Botkeeper access to view your Infinite client is a simple process any Partner Admin user role can do.

To grant Botkeeper access to an Infinite client take the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the global Client & User Management module.
  2. Click the Client tab; if not defaulted.
  3. Click the Edit button in the Client Details island.
  4. Slide the toggle to the right for the Authorize Botkeeper to access this client, including data associated with it, for support purposes field.
  5. Click the Save button. 

Note for revoking Botkeeper access:

After the issue has been resolved you can follow the same steps above; only in step 4 you will slide the toggle to the left for the Authorize Botkeeper to access this client, including data associated with it, for support purposes field. This will revoke Botkeeper's access to the client.
