To export transactions from Transaction Manager to a CSV file take the following steps:
- Enter the Client Name in the Navigate by Client search box.
- Select the Client Name.
- Click the Transaction Manager.
- From the Needs Review tab, use the filters to update the Transactions table for the transactions you want to send to your client.
- Click on the Export to CSV button in the upper right corner of the window.
- Your file will be downloaded to your local desktop.
- Once downloaded, you can send the file directly to your client or update the file to a format that is best suited for your client to review.
Note: Once your client has updated the CSV file or file format you chose to send them, it cannot be uploaded back into Transaction Manager. Manual updates will need to be made for these transactions within Transaction Manager.
