How do I clear my cookies for the Botkeeper website in Chrome?
If you get an XML file error when you provide your login credentials, follow these directions.
There might be times when you are presented with an XML file error during your attempt to log into your firm’s Botkeeper platform. Fixing this issue can be managed with a few simple steps.
Taking the following steps will allow you to be logged into your platform in no time:
- Right click on the stacked lollipop icon located just to the left of your url.
- Select the Cookies and Site data option.
- Select the Manage on-device site data option.
- In the pop-up window, click all the trash can icons, then click the done button.
- In the mid to upper left of the screen click the Reload button.
Your screen should refresh and bring you back to the log-in screen where you can proceed to log in.
