How do I change an entity/client name?
If your client experiences a name change take the following steps.
If your client experiences a name change take the following steps to let us know:
- Log into your portal
- Navigate to the Client & User Management
- Select the Clients tab
- Click the Client name
- When the Details tab appears for the client, click the View Scope button
- When the scoping tool launches, navigate to the Company Information tab
- Update either or both fields as necessary:
- Legal name; and/or
- DBA (doing business as)
- Click the Save Changes button
