How can I see help tickets my team has submitted to Botkeeper?

Firm users can now review all tickets their team has submitted to Botkeeper, allowing them to find areas that might need additional training.

To view all submitted tickets for your firm:

  1. Click the question mark icon in the upper right of the screen:

  2. Select Submit a Help Ticket from the pop-up window:

  3. Select Go to Customer Portal at the top right of the screen:

  4. You can filter your results to display only your personal tickets, or all tickets submitted by your firm. You can also filter by ticket status, or search for the ticket you need.
