How can I bulk download my client’s documents from the Portal?

We've made it easy to download multiple documents at a time.

To bulk download your client’s documents from the portal take the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Client portal you would like to download documents from
2. Click the Documents module
3. Navigate to the folder that contains the documents you would like to bulk download
4. Select all the documents for download
5. Click the Download button at the top of the Documents table

The selected documents will be downloaded via a .zip file to your computer’s local Download folder
