How can I add services to my Infinite client?

This offering is reserved for our legacy customers. If your firm has only ever subscribed for Infinite clients, the following steps will not be available in your platform.

To add services to your existing infinite client take the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Client & User Management.
  2. Click the Clients tab.
  3. Select the Client you want to add services to.
  4. If you aren't already there, click the Details tab.
  5. Click the Add Services button. Where it takes you will depend on your client configuration as noted below:
    1. Infinite only firm - it will take you to the Submit a Ticket form where you can request to upgrade your subscription to add service licenses.
      1. Once your subscription has been upgraded to include service licenses you can proceed to step 5b. 
    2. Hybrid firm - you currently have a mix of Infinite and Infinite+ clients - it will take you to the scoping tool where you can update your client's scope of service.
      1. Click the Action button.
      2. Select the Add Services option.
      3. Update the Services tab to scope the services for this client.
      4. Navigate to the Company Information tab.
      5. Update the Client Type from Infinite to Bookkeeping.
      6. Update the required fields on Company Information tab.
      7. Once scoping is completed, click the Action button.
      8. Select the Deploy option.
