To submit a ticket with Botkeeper support:
- In the bottom right of your Botkeeper account, click the “Help” icon to access the Knowledge Base & Help Center, or click “Knowledge Base & Help Center” within our main site navigation for quick and easy access.
- In the Help Center navigation click “Submit a Ticket.”
- You’ll see our ticket form. Enter your details. Then, click “Submit.” Our team strives to address incoming support tickets within one business day.
- To review your support tickets, click “View your Support inbox.”
