[LIVE] 2FA Reset (Usability Improvement)

We've made it even easier to reset you 2FA!

What is it?

We’re expanding the ability to reset 2FA without needing to file a ticket:

Bot Admins can reset 2FA for 

  • Other Bot Admins
  • Partners
  • Clients
  • BotOps

Partner Admins can reset 2FA for 

  • Other Partner Admins
  • Partner Ops
  • Client Admins
  • Client Ops

How does it work?

  1. Use the search bar to locate the user’s name, or scroll the list to find them.
  2. You may either open the user’s profile and click the “Reset 2FA” button at the bottom of the Access card on the right of the profile; or you may click on the action menu (ellipses) to the far right of the user’s name in the list, and select “Reset 2FA” from the drop-down.
  3. The pop-up screen will confirm the user’s name you’ll be resetting the 2FA for. Click ‘Reset’.
