[LIVE] 2FA Reset (Usability Improvement)
We've made it even easier to reset you 2FA!
What is it?
We’re expanding the ability to reset 2FA without needing to file a ticket:
Bot Admins can reset 2FA for
- Other Bot Admins
- Partners
- Clients
- BotOps
Partner Admins can reset 2FA for
- Other Partner Admins
- Partner Ops
- Client Admins
- Client Ops
How does it work?
- Use the search bar to locate the user’s name, or scroll the list to find them.
- You may either open the user’s profile and click the “Reset 2FA” button at the bottom of the Access card on the right of the profile; or you may click on the action menu (ellipses) to the far right of the user’s name in the list, and select “Reset 2FA” from the drop-down.
- The pop-up screen will confirm the user’s name you’ll be resetting the 2FA for. Click ‘Reset’.
