Brian Emposimato, is the Director of Product at Botkeeper, which offers an automated, all-in-one bookkeeping solution for accounting firms to scale their practices using AI & ML. Brian is responsible for overseeing all aspects of product management - from working with firms directly to discover the problems worth solving, to collaborating with design and engineering to deliver solutions to those problems, to leading a team of product managers to ensure alignment on the product vision and the strategies to make it happen!

Over the past decade, Brian has worked with thousands of accounting firms and bookkeepers. He utilizes all of that knowledge every day at Botkeeper to continue driving it to be the greatest automated bookkeeping solution in the world.

Prior to Botkeeper, Brian fine-tuned his skills and expertise through multiple experiences at FinTech companies, from large corporations to start-ups. He previously worked at Blackbaud as a Senior Analyst for their cloud accounting solution tailored to non-profits. Brian worked with accountants and bookkeepers directly to help them implement and adopt new technology to automate their manual processes. Brian credits this role for shaping his career as it was his first exposure to the problems bookkeepers and accountants were facing with their existing tech-stacks and knew there had to be a better way! Next, Brian transitioned to Ceterus, a bookkeeping and tax solution built specifically for Small Business Owners. Brian spent five years at Ceterus becoming an expert in many areas of the business - onboarding, accounting, quality assurance and product. Brian spent his last three years at Ceterus building out their product management organization before joining Botkeeper in 2021.
